Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of the date of delivery, but the item has to be in its original packaging. The buyer pays return shipping costs unless there was a mistake on our part or something arrived damaged, in which a photo must be taken and submitted below.

Please email us at info@simplythoughtfulgifts.com with your order so we can give you a return authorization number and instructions. Once we receive and verify your item you will be issued your refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
